 appartement contract نوع الاستشارة : 'استشــارات مدنية' دولة النزاع : 'مصر'

Dears sirs
first i actually i am not fast in writing in arabic so i decided that i can write in eglish where it is faster and it would save time..
well about an appartement contract which is rented from 33 years ago..this appartement was rented to my grandfather and his wife which is my grandmother..then after 5 years from the renting time my grandfather died and we were living in this apprtement me and my mom and dad and my sister....during my grandfather life..well from 10 years my father died so he left us me and my mother and my sister and my grandmother..in the appartement rememebr that the appartement is rented to my grandfather then my grndmother died from almos a yea but the peaople who owns the building decided that we have to leave from the appartement saying that the contract was for my grandfather and heired to my father then to my grandmother..and he says that we can"t live me and my sister and my mom in the apprtement anymore..we have been living in this appartement for almost 22 years and all who wants to contact us they contact us on our address we have no place else to live in..and we have a phone line recorded by my father name from almost 20 years..so what is ur suggestion in this case?..do we have the right to resedient in the appartement cause we have been so long in it ..or it is for the people who owns it??..what do u suggest thanks alot..plz reply me in arabic
